Dirt Rider Designs makes no warranty on any products or services to be error-free, timely, accurate, reliable or quality controlled and assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the information on this site and references to other organizations, their services and products. At no point will Dirt Rider Designs be responsible for time or profit lost by a customer.

 

 

Refunds/Returns

At Dirt Rider Design, customer satisfaction is always top priority to strive for but unfortunately not guaranteed. 

Please note that you (the customer) are always responsible for any items until received by Dirt Rider Designs. Cost for returns are not covered by Dirt Rider Designs.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for custom products made specifically for you.

All refunds requested after the design phase but made before approval shall be permitted. Dirt Rider Designs has the right to claim 20% of that refund for time and efforts of designing.

 

 

Incorrect/Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item caused by us, you must notify within 48 hours of receiving the order. Only under these conditions will we exchange the item at our expense and refund any postage costs for that item.
